Before taking any supplements like Goji when pregnant, you need to inform your doctor to assess the risks and possible reactions to this so called wonder food. Just make sure your doctor has an open mind to alternative medicine because most of them frown upon these herbal supplements. This will allow to have an independent and informed decision.
